Shipping Time?

It all depends from where you live. We are located in Edmonton, Alberta. So sometimes it can take 3 to 5 business days. We ship with Canada Post so you will always receive a tracking number with your order.

Refund Policy?

We do give full refunds but you will be in charge of the shipping fee back to us. Depending on the situation. 

Where do we manufacture?

Our Jackets come from Ecuador and are 100% Hand Made. Our blankets are manufactured in Canada. We dislike low quality products coming from China.

WARRANTY

All OldTribes products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. A proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issue.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

For warranty evaluation, please send pictures and explanation of the problem to Client Care.

Love this mask! Wore it to work and received many compliments! Very comfortable to wear, has a pocket to insert filters and elastics to go around the back of head (could be changed to around ears if preferred).

I finally received my masks after months of waiting. ( Canada Post lost the original order) They are beautiful. I purchased the Polar Bear, Humming Bird and the Tortoise all with flowers around them. Worth the wait. I did change the elastics to loop ears instead of the round the back of the head, but that is a personal choice. They are very comfortable.
