It all depends from where you live. We are located in Edmonton, Alberta. So sometimes it can take 3 to 5 business days. We ship with Canada Post so you will always receive a tracking number with your order.

Where do we manufacture?
Our Jackets come from Ecuador and are 100% Handmade. Our blankets are manufactured in Canada.
All OldTribes products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. A proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issue.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

The mask I purchased is absolutely beautiful and has amazing detail in the design. It fits very comfortably and the quality is second to none.
I order two masks. One came in two layers of cotton with ear loops but no slot for a filter. The second although not the exact pattern I chose, has over the head elastic, a slot for an additional filter and pleats. However, the backing is not cotton as I expected but it feels a bit sturdier that the other. However, during hot days, the first mask is more optimal as it is lighter. The patterns are beautiful. Glad I got them. Want the pattern I originally chose, but otherwise happy.
