It all depends from where you live. We are located in Edmonton, Alberta. So sometimes it can take 3 to 5 business days. We ship with Canada Post so you will always receive a tracking number with your order.

Where do we manufacture?

Our Jackets come from Ecuador and are 100% Handmade. Our blankets are manufactured in Canada.

All OldTribes products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. A proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issue.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Dogwood Face Mask

The embroidery is more beautiful up close than even on the website. I have kept the mask as decoration to preserve it.

I would love to tell you but I have not received your shipment. Please let me know how it was sent, was through the postal service. I have no means by which I can track my order . I previously enquired via Messenger.

Love the mask

I love the mask. The colours are so vibrant and the fit is excellent. I have bought many others for my husband and myself. I washed in cold water with a touch of detergent, and none of the colors bled. I have had many comments on them and how beautiful they are. Have recommended your site to several of my friends.

Purchase delayed

I was supposed to get it by 31 Dec 20. According to Canada Post, won’t receive it until 5 Jan 2021. This is taking too long.
