It all depends from where you live. We are located in Edmonton, Alberta. So sometimes it can take 3 to 5 business days. We ship with Canada Post so you will always receive a tracking number with your order.

Where do we manufacture?
Our Jackets come from Ecuador and are 100% Handmade. Our blankets are manufactured in Canada.
All OldTribes products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. A proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issue.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

My grandmother got this mask for me during the early days of the pandemic (april/june) and its been my go to mask since. i work in retail and i get compliments on it all the time. i think the work is beautiful and im so happy to be supporting canadian indigenous business. unfortunately because i wear it so aften the threads have started to fray a little bit but i am shocked at the quality and how well its held up. i just got myself another mask in a different design and im so exited to hear what people think about it
