It all depends from where you live. We are located in Edmonton, Alberta. So sometimes it can take 3 to 5 business days. We ship with Canada Post so you will always receive a tracking number with your order.

Where do we manufacture?

Our Jackets come from Ecuador and are 100% Handmade. Our blankets are manufactured in Canada.

All OldTribes products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. A proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issue.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

I have bought several different masks from you. They are beautiful and the fit is just right. I got some for my husband, who is a big man and the masks fit him better than any we have tried. I gave some to the grandchildren and they love them. The quality of the workmanship says it all. They are well made and wash very easily. I'm sure I will be returning again. I have many comments from people that think they are beautiful. Many of them took your site address and were going home to shop. Keep up the great work. I'm sure I will once again be a return shopper.
