It all depends from where you live. We are located in Edmonton, Alberta. So sometimes it can take 3 to 5 business days. We ship with Canada Post so you will always receive a tracking number with your order.

 For returns regarding size exchanges, please ship back the product to the original address. once we receive your product we will ship the new product back to you. Please include a note within the shipment stating what you would like shipped back to you or send us an email. For refunds please ship the product back to the original address and once we receive it we will give you a full refund.

Where do we manufacture?

Our Jackets  come from Indigenous countrys   Peru, Guatemala, Mexico and Ecuador and are 100% Handmade. Our blankets are manufactured in Canada, Beadwork are made by local artisan in Albeta

All OldTribes products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. A proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issue.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Beautiful and soft

I bought this blanket as a Christmas present for my teenager who looooves pink and soft everything… This blanket is so soft, I know she will love it!!
PS: why isn’t it possible to choose by ourselves the number of stars we want to give? In my case, I would have chosen 5 stars, but I feel it should be the client’s décision based on his/her overall experience…
