THE SCENT
The Offering is the heaviest scent in the lineup. It’s built on cured tobacco leaf, which gives it a deep, earthy, and slightly sweet base. We mixed that with Saffron to give it a sharp, leathery edge. It’s a "bottom-heavy" fragrance that fills a room quickly and stays there. It doesn't smell like a cigar; it smells like raw materials and leather.

THE STORY
Named after the Anishinaabe word for Tobacco. In many cultures, tobacco is the first offering made to the land or the spirits. By pairing it with Saffron—one of the rarest spices out there—we’re showing respect to the medicine and bringing a traditional ritual into a modern space.

CANDLE CARE & LEGAL SAFETY
To ensure a premium experience and meet Canadian safety standards, please follow these instructions:

The First Burn: Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar on the first light to prevent "tunneling."

Trim Your Wick: Always trim the wood wick to 1/8” (3mm) before every lighting to ensure a clean, smoke-free burn.

Safety First: Burn within sight. Keep away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

End of Life: Discontinue use when only 1/2” of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.

Ingredients: Phthalate-free, Lead-free, and Vegan. Contains natural essential oils.
Shipping Time?
It depends on where you live. We are located in Edmonton, Alberta, and it usually takes 3–5 business days. We ship with Canada Post, so you will always receive a tracking number with your order.

For size exchanges, please ship the product back to the original address. Once we receive your product, we will ship the new size back to you. Be sure to include a note in the shipment stating what you would like shipped back to you, or email us with that information. For refunds, please ship the product back to the original address and once we receive it, we will issue a full refund.
Please note: If the product comes back smelling like marijuana, strong perfume, or smoke, it will not be accepted.
Where do we manufacture?
Our jackets come from Indigenous countries—Peru, Guatemala, Mexico, and Ecuador—and are 100% handmade. Our blankets are manufactured in Canada, and our beadwork is made by local artisans in Alberta.
All OldTribes products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. A proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issue.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
