Where do we manufacture?
Our jackets are proudly handmade in Ecuador, showcasing the craftsmanship of local artisans. We believe in supporting local communities and ensuring high-quality products. On the other hand, our blankets are manufactured right here in Canada. We prioritize maintaining superior quality and avoiding low-quality products that may come from other sources.

How do I care for my blanket or poncho?

We recommend hand washing your garment with cold water and a mild soap to avoid damage. Avoid using a washer or any bleach products, as these can affect the color and quality of the garment. If you prefer to use a washing machine, choose the delicate/wool setting. When drying, avoid crumpling or wrinkling the garment and do not use a clothes dryer. Keep it out of direct sunlight and dry in the shade to preserve the original color. Spread it on a flat surface or hang it on a hanger to preserve its original form. While ironing should be avoided, if necessary, use a towel over the garment and iron at a low temperature. We suggest using a clothes steamer instead.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in Ecuador, South America. We support fair trade with local artisans and aim to help the community spread their products worldwide. By buying our beautiful products, you are also supporting ethical and sustainable production practices.

What is your Alpaca wool blend?

Our Alpaca products are made from a blend of natural Alpaca and synthetic fibers (20% acrylic) for durability, comfort, and ease of care. We carefully blend the fibers to create soft and strong Alpaca products that are machine washable and long-lasting. By law, we must contain more Alpaca Fiber than any other fiber to be able to call them Alpaca products. Our current fiber blend has been extensively studied and experimented with to create the best Alpaca products for you. Our products do not shrink in the wash, and by blending fibers, we can create soft and comfortable products that will last a long time.
