At OLDTRIBES™, nothing matters more than your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date—provided the item meets the conditions outlined below. A proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

Once received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement. Be sure to include a note inside the package clearly indicating the item or size you would like in exchange, or submit your request through our Return Portal.

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels, and this cost will not be reimbursed.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

• Products returned with odors such as marijuana, smoke, or strong perfume will not be accepted.
