Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Your order number is your proof of purchase and is required for every return.
To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number, or simply ship the item back to the address below with a note inside the package.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items returned with odours (marijuana, smoke or strong perfume) will not be accepted or refunded.
- Return shipping for size exchanges and change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.

Please include your order number inside the package, with a note telling us whether you'd like a refund or an exchange (and which size or colour).
Exchanges ship as soon as we've received and inspected your return. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and we cover any return shipping — you'll never pay to send back an item that was our mistake.
Lifetime Warranty
All OldTribes products are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over time. To make a warranty claim, send us photos and a description of the problem; covered defects are repaired or replaced.
