Shipping Time?

It all depends from where you live. We are located in Edmonton, Alberta. So sometimes it can take 3 to 5 business days. We ship with Canada Post so you will always receive a tracking number with your order.

Refund Policy?

Here at OldTribes, nothing is more important than our customers' happiness. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund. 

 For returns regarding size exchanges, please ship back the product to the original address. once we receive your product we will ship the new product back to you. Please include a note within the shipment stating what you would like shipped back to you or send us an email. For refunds please ship the product back to the original address and once we receive it we will give you a full refund. 
*** Please note that if the product comes back smelling like marijuana, strong perfume, of smoke. The product will not be accepted***

Where do we manufacture?

Our Jackets  come from Indigenous countrys   Peru, Guatemala, Mexico and Ecuador and are 100% Handmade. Our blankets are manufactured in Canada, Beadwork are made by local artisan in Albeta

All OldTribes products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. A proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issue.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

For warranty evaluation, please send pictures and explanation of the problem to Client Care.

Absolutely fabulous

I love the blanket. Soft, Vibrant, bigger than I expected. Although I think I may have chosen the size. I can't remember. My only complaint, little bit of a hold up with Canadian customs with shipping. But it still arrived faster then shop had expected. Not Oldtribes fault at all.

I purchased a blanket from Wilde Brigade to compare against my purchase from Old Tribes. Old Tribes blanket was softer, warmer, and the one I grab when I’m chilled. It definitely was the winner, the slo wool made such a difference. Don’t buy acrylic, no matter how pretty the design. Buy a functional blanket by an indigenous sourced company. You’ll be so glad you did!

Beautiful and warm Blanket

I have order two more Blankets as I was so impressed with the first one I brought. They was offering 30% off limited offer. I was slightly annoyed to find out that I had to pay import taxes on the two blankets. As I had not had to pay on the first order? I was annoyed that oldtribes did not state on he site that you maybe enable to pay import taxes in certain countries. However when I sent a message to them regards this. They surprisingly refunded the money. I was not expecting that to happen. So thank you so much. So please be aware that you may have to pay import taxes on your orders. Fantastic product and highly recommended them.
