 For returns regarding size exchanges, please ship back the product to the original address. once we receive your product we will ship the new product back to you. Please include a note within the shipment stating what you would like shipped back to you or send us an email. For refunds please ship the product back to the original address and once we receive it we will give you a full refund.

Where do we manufacture?

Our Jackets  come from Indigenous countrys   Peru, Guatemala, Mexico and Ecuador and are 100% Handmade. Our blankets are manufactured in Canada, Beadwork are made by local artisan in Albeta

All OldTribes products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. A proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issue.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

For warranty evaluation, please send pictures and explanation of the problem to Client Care.

I'm very happy with the quality of the blanket. However, I was very disappointed to find the "made in China" label. I thought I was supporting an Indigenous owned company.

Really like the blanket

The blankets feature vibrant colours. I do wish there were colours selections that are more reflective of Eastern Turtle Island Tribes/ First Nations; eg: Mi'kmaq.

The packing was shoddy/careless, the packer tried to put 2 blankets in a carry case designed for 1 blanket and it ruptured. Luckily there was no damage inflicted during transit.
I look forward to making future purchases.
