For returns regarding size exchanges, please ship back the product to the original address. once we receive your product we will ship the new product back to you. Please include a note within the shipment stating what you would like shipped back to you or send us an email. Our Jackets come from Indigenous countrys Peru, Guatemala, Mexico and Ecuador and are 100% Handmade. Our blankets are manufactured in Canada, Beadwork are made by local artisan in Albeta

All OldTribes products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. A proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issue.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
